Refunds are available if your cake order does not meet the quality standards agreed upon at the time of purchase.
If there is an issue with your cake (e.g., wrong flavor, damage during delivery, incorrect order), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
We will first attempt to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or re-bake of the cake. If you are still dissatisfied, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds are not available for cakes that were properly made as per your specifications and were delivered on time.
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences or allergies.
Refunds do not apply to custom cakes or orders that were confirmed and processed.
If you need to cancel or modify your cake order, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total order value.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or failure to collect a pre-ordered cake will be charged the full amount.
Custom cakes or special designs are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed.
If there is a mistake in the design or if the product does not match your order specifications, we will offer a re-bake or replacement, depending on the situation.
